Retention Manager
We are seeking a Retention Manager to join the team at Marshall Salisbury and assist in providing a high-quality service for our customers.<br /><br /><br /><br />
The role
We ing a high quality service for our customers. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Head of Sales. Within this role you will work on a customer service basis, including outbound calls and in-person meetings regarding finance agreements with past and present customers, using the BMW database and E-Max to assist in this task. You will be working alongside the Sales Management team.
Who you are
Previous experience as a Retention Specialist or Customer Service manager
Exceptional time management
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Strong administrative skills
What you’ll do
Liasing with past and present customers to discuss their finance renewals
Booking customers in for appointments with members of the sales team
Liaise with the senior management team to discuss appointment statistics
Diary Management for scheduled call backs with customers
Attending weekly trading calls with senior management teams to update them on retention figures
Working on and updating internal systems
