Dealership was clean and professional, coffee/tea and facilities were available for my visits and the new car handover was a good experience. My new car was also immaculately presented and ready for my arrival, with all paperwork being done online.

Only niggle has been linking the car. As I don't have a recent smartphone, everything has been linked to my wife's phone hence, currently, I am unable to personalise anything.

Service was as expected, issues identified and easily scheduled to repair (cracked alloy) and advice on dash cam provided despite how busy the young man clearly was. The service team are the hardest workers and the reason I buy BMW, trust is key.

The communication & customer service is terrible. When I did go in person to find out what was happening with my car, I spoke to a service manager who apologised and offered me a valet service & said he hoped so would rate Marshal at least an 8??
