Website mentions Pre MOT check, however this seems to be a vehicle health check rather than a Pre MOT check. As a result of this my vehicle failed an MOT for something I had anticipated in the Pre MOT check.

When I arrived to collect the car there was no proper handover. The service manager, I think, simply handed me the keys over the reception counter. I had to ask if I would receive any paperwork regarding the work carried out. He said I would.

Dealer did what they could. However, they appear to have put a "pontenza" tire on the car in replacement of the "turanza" tyre (like all others), despite promising like for like. More expensive, but they provided at cost (btw this box is too small)

I was given a hire car and was told it had 58 miles of fuel left in it and as long as I brought it back with 50 miles in it was OK. As I drove off the fuel light was on and it was running on fumes. I took photos and complained the next day
