When I collected the car, Matt was very patient in talking me through the controls and answering any questions I had. I had an issue charging the car at home. I spoke to Martin Pierce, brought the car in. Issue with cable, replacement provided.

The 90 minute service slot and price match with another BMW dealer were great. The drop off and collection service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars but the garage topped up my windscreen fluid despite me asking them not to and charged me!

My experience since my mot & service hasn't been great. I get the computer systems were running slow. But they could have told me about my tires. If they had,I'd of authorised my tires to be done. Im not happy they binned my old plates.
