Although unusual Marshalls dealt with my order efficiently

When I collected the car, Matt was very patient in talking me through the controls and answering any questions I had. I had an issue charging the car at home. I spoke to Martin Pierce, brought the car in. Issue with cable, replacement provided.

I was able to test drive a car like the one I wanted and was able to view the additional features I wanted when building my car. I was kept up to date re expected time of delivery. The handover process went smoothly.

Efficient MOT service: the private number plates incorrect spacing between characters so advised changing before the MOT (for a very reasonable £25) to avoid a fail.

I've had a number of engagements with Marshalls Salisbury and every time the service has been excellent. Nonetheless, when your job demands flexibility from all those around you, the team, particularly Tariro, has been absolutely outstanding.
